Pic & Mix

A mixed bunch of pictures join the blog today. A shopping trolley riverscape taken a while back, I was thinking of doing a riverside rubbish mini-project but here it is alone.

Wandering to new places in the local countryside I stumbled across this fine tree lined irrigation ditch, which I think makes a cool photo.
.
Sunset over the river Avon, well worth muddy feet (in my opinion anyway).

If deers like eating lush green grass then this one must be in heaven (except for some bloke taking her photo). Taken on long lens after sunset, using ISO 800 then using some noise reduction.

If the weather plays ball this weekend hopefully I will get my act together and see what else I can find to snap.

Yellow Day

Had a half day thursday, I put some miles on my walking boots with my eye tuned for anything yellow...

A retired football

More flowers with some blurring, a contrast boost and darkened corners to jazz it up a bit.
..my yellow dinner..

Sunnyside

Dusted of the bike and got out and about in the setting Sun..

A rail reclamation yard, again mono to emphasise the textures, lines and detail.

Loose Ends

Some left over photos from the last few weeks..

A doorway at St Pancras station, London. A load of textures, patterns and reflection - all good for a mono pic.
Grey Heron in amongst the daffodils at Regents Park, London.

Canal reflection.

Quick note to say thanks to the peeps that voted on my poll. I will try and add another at some point.
