Another World

Visited the Steam museum in Swindon yesterday and thought it was excellent. Not quite as I imagined it, but lots of interesting glimpses into a fascinating period of time. Didn't really take any steam engine photos, but plenty of great details, textures and period curiosities.

Ticket machine.

Boiler rivets.

GWR (Great Western Railway) bridle, looking like it's straight out of the wild west.

The Magneta Time, battery-less clock.

Clocking in/out board.
