I bypassed the need to get down and do some macro without getting wet knees by spotting this cluster of moss on the top of a wall. Substituting bugs on flowers for raindrops on moss.
I always loved the way this moss grabs a drop of water like a strongman lifting an Atlas stone.
Not to mention just being so damned photogenic. With a rendered white garage wall as a backdrop, I minimised aperture for a clean image focussing on the colour, composition and form.
